Unfortunately, work has interfered with our opportunity to make the Chevrolet Performance/NMCA race in Norwalk, OH this weekend. Looking forward to making LS Fest in a couple of weeks to show off the new VFN Fiberglass cowl hood that Carolina Auto Concepts just completed.

Unfortunately, we did not have the results that we were looking for, but still a great event. The car did get a lot of attention at the event and some good press. Dragzine voted it #17 out of hundreds of cars to make their top 19 list. Article is here: http://www.dragzine.com/news/19-amazing-rides-from-the-chevrolet-performance-lsx-shootout/
In addition, we had additional coverage from NMCA and Dragzine and hundreds of racers and fans at the event. Thank you to Heintz Racing, S.L. Customs, RPM Transmissions, Driveshaft Shop and Carlyle Racing for all their help and support. A special shout out to my pit crew this weekend with Shane Martin and Jeremiah Ashe supporting us. Not the results we were hoping for this weekend, but the car ran well in the heat and I learned a lot. We got a lot of great coverage on The Block and NMCA websites. Looking forward to Indy and getting back to winning.
Please visit our Race Program page for an updated schedule.
Mother Nature did not let us complete the race on Sunday at Mooresville Dragway. However, we did set a new personal best in the eighth mile in the Real Street class.
Stop by or join us at Rockingham Dragway on Sunday starting at 10:00 AM for testing. We will be dialing in our new FTI converter and chasing that elusive 9 second time slip.
Welcome to our new blog where you can find additional updates on the car, team, and events that we attend.
